Order information

Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. Source of collection: collected from you.

Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, as well as third-party service providers including Stripe (payment processing), PayPal (payment processing), DSers (order management and fulfillment), Google Analytics (analytics), Meta Platforms (advertising and marketing), Klaviyo or Brevo (email marketing), and shipping and fulfillment partners as necessary to process and deliver customer orders.
Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
Customer support information
Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
Source of collection: collected directly from you via email, contact forms, chat, or social media.
Personal Information collected (additional sources):
We may also collect offline data such as customer inquiries received through events or direct communication, as well as legally obtained marketing data such as advertising performance data, audience insights, and purchased marketing lists when applicable.
Age Restrictions:
This website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use the site and make purchases.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

Data Transfers

Retention

Automatic decision-making

We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Selling Personal Information

Our Site sells Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).

Sale of minors’ information:
We DO NOT knowingly sell Personal Information of consumers under the age of 16.
If we become aware that we have collected or sold the information of a minor under 16, we will delete the data immediately and cease any such processing.
If the minor is between 13 and 16 years old and wishes to opt in to the sale of personal information, we require affirmative authorization (“opt-in”) from the minor.
For children under 13, we require parental or guardian consent before any processing.

Financial incentives:
We DO NOT offer financial incentives in exchange for the sale of Personal Information.
If we introduce any loyalty or reward program in the future that relies on the collection or sale of Personal Information, we will provide a detailed explanation of:

The material terms of the incentive;
The categories of data involved;
How the customer may opt in;
How the customer may withdraw from the incentive at any time.
